you should have a part of the song like from 0:37 to 1:25 somewhere in the song but playing along with the bass sample used from 0:00 to 0:37, I wonder how cool it would sound. I like the percussion, pretty breakbeat-ish. Keep up progressing

hey im lovin the intro. real groove going on there... sounds like something a dj would use as a filler to keep the crowd going during a dj change over.

For your 1st try this isn't bad at all.... The beat is real good ... The real key is when you get the hang of creating your own melodies, then work up to multiple 5-10+ melodies... Keep working at it and you will only get better my friend.
