yea the mail error thing is annoying, it's because some hacker wrote files that made email be sent from my acount to 10000 ppl in half a week so my web host disabled my email priviledges, and it seems to interfer with the forums

at least posts still sends tho

There are no rules about bumping topics, except of course if someone asks for help about a very uncommon problem and you wait 3 years to reply

Since this forum hasn't been around for that long it is less likely to happen though
